TEEN AND ADULT CLASSES

In addition to practical self-defense and combative training, our Teen and Adult Programs incorporate Mindset coaching to assist students in dealing with the every day stresses from both school and work. Our unique Mind-Body training builds confidence, relieves stress and cultivates inner-peace. Our program appeals to lifelong learners who strive to continuously challenge themselves!

CARDIO (FITNESS) KICKBOXING

Cardio Kickboxing is a great workout for people of all fitness levels. Beginners can start with a lower-intensity pace and work their way up to high-intensity training! The benefits of Cardio Kickboxing include improved cardio vascular health, balance, strength, coordination and stamina!
